Collaboration Vision: To be recognized as the premier nursing organization providing expertise in the field of WOC to all regulatory, legislative bodies and related health care societies.
Education Vision: WOCN Society will be the premier provider of WOC education to members, practitioners and stakeholders.
Outcomes Vision: WOCN Society and the Center for Clinical Investigation (CCI) will be the leader in the generation and dissemination of research to support WOC nursing care and the value of the WOC nurse specialist.
Membership Vision: In three years, the WOCN Society will be a 5,000 member organization reflecting the diversity of nursing.
Development Vision: To secure consistent funding from all WOCN Society industry partners who support the mission of the WOCN Society.
